Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is a well-known American following her win on American Idol's first season. It brought her to notoriety and led to an agreement with RCA Records 19 Recordings, and 'S Records. Since then she has released many studio albums. Three of which reached the top of the US Billboard 200' chart and the rest of her albums just did not make it to the top. Her name is among the top artists who have sprung from her participation in the American Idol series. After achieving success, she explored a variety of themes and music styles often writing her own songs to her own personal experiences. As a tribute to her talent and distinctiveness, she's been rewarded with a variety of accolades as well as awards. In particular, she's won three times the Grammy Award three times. Aside from her career as a musician, she's been featured on film and television. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby is a children's story written by her. She was also engaged in charitable activities and various other organizations.
