KimAmerican actress Elizabeth Chase Olsen was born on February 16, 1989, in Sherman Oaks California. Born in Sherman Oaks, California, Olsen started acting at the age of four. In 2011, Olsen starred in Martha Marcy May Marlene, her first film performance. Her film was critically acclaimed for the role and was nominated for the Critics Choice Movie Awards. Silent House was her next film part. Olsen received a nomination from the BAFTA Rising Star Award in 2011, and graduated two years later from New York University. Olsen became a worldwide star for her portrayal of Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Wise Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe media series. She was in the superhero films Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Captain America: Civil War (2016). Avengers: Infinity War (2018). Avengers: Endgame (2019). Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness (2022). Her character in WandaVision has earned her nominations for an Primetime Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and the Mystery Film Wind River (2017). She was executive producer of and starred as Sorry for Your Loss (2018-19), winning a Critics' Choice Television Award nomination.
